***For those of you who cannot attend on the 28th or the 30th, you may go to central registration starting August 2, 2010. Mondays 11am - 7 pm and Tuesday-Friday 8am-3pm to pay your pay to participate deposit.
August 2nd-5th Pre-Camp Rehearsals Begin from 6-9 pm Monday August 2nd through Thursday August 5th. Emergency medical forms (and a copy of your insurance card) are due at this time. Students must turn these items in order to participate in practice. (We can make a copy of your insurance card for you).
Shoe Fitting Tuesday August 5th @ 5:00 p.m. Cost for shoes is is $30. Please make checks payable to RRR Band Accessories.
August 9th-12th Band Camp at EHS from 2-9 pm. Band fees are $85 this year. This is an additional cost to the pay to participate fee. All paperwork is also due at this time. Payment is due on the first day of band camp (Aug 9). Please make checks payable to Edgewood Band Boosters. ***Students who do not pay band fees or owe any other money to the band boosters will not be able to participate in rehearsal until all accounts are current and paid in full. Students will need to pack a lunch for each day of band camp. Parents may drop off food at 5 p.m. for dinner. Students will not be permitted to leave to get food.
Friday August 13th Band Pictures at 9am (arrive at 8:30 to get dressed for pictures). Picture forms will be sent home before picture day so you may order photos. Individual and group photos will be taken on this day.
Aug 16-19 Post Band Camp Rehearsals. 6-9 pm.
Saturday August 21st Group Fundraiser. Car wash 10 am- 2-pm at McDonald’s on Verity Parkway in Middletown. We need everyone to attend and participate. The money generated from this fundraiser will help lower the cost of all band member’s fees for the season.
Fundraising Made Easy With The
Kroger Neighborhood Reward Program
Kroger has now made fundraising easier for us with the Kroger Neighborhood Reward Program.
All you do is purchase a gift card from our organization’s coordinator and reload the card with additional value when you shop at Kroger. When our organization reaches $5,000 or more in reloads, within Kroger’s four-week cycles, we will receive a rebate check for 4% of the total amount. If we don’t reach $5,000 in a cycle, our funds will carry over into the next cycle.
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. Purchase a Kroger Gift Card from our organization.
2. Reload your card with additional value when you shop at Kroger.
a. You may reload your card with any amount up to $250 in our stores or up to $100 at the fuel centers.
b. You may pay for your reloaded card with cash, check, or major credit card.
c. You will need to reload your card at the register before your purchases are scanned. This must be done in a separate transaction.
d. The balance on your card will show at the bottom of your receipt. You may also obtain your balance at the customer service desk or cash register, by calling 866-822-6252 (located on the back of the card) or at www.gcbalance.com.
3. Every time our organization reaches $5,000 or more in reloads within Kroger’s four-week cycles, we will earn 4% on the total amount.
The gift card is accepted in all Kroger Affiliated Stores throughout the U.S. Kroger, Fred Meyer, Ralphs, Fry’s & Fry’s Marketplace, King Soopers, Dillons, Smith’s Food & Drug, City Market, QFC, Food 4 Less, Owen’s, FoodsCo., Hilander, Pay-Less, Cala-Bell, Baker’s, JayC, Fred Meyer Jewelers, Littman & Barclay Jewelers.
